What You’ll Be Doing

As the Community Programmes & Out of School Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing a range of vibrant, high-impact projects including:

  • Ofsted-registered After School and Holiday Clubs
  • Premier League Kicks & Street Imps sessions
  • Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme
  • Birthday Parties and community sports activities

You’ll ensure programmes are safe, inclusive, and fun, all while maintaining top-quality standards in safeguarding, compliance, and delivery.

You’ll also:

  • Manage and support a passionate team.
  • Build partnerships with schools, funders, and community groups.
  • Oversee budgets and help shape the future of our growing children’s programmes.

What We’re Looking For

You’re an organised, empathetic, and proactive leader who thrives on making a difference. You’ll need:

  • Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care, Development or Early Education.
  • 2+ years’ experience in early years or Ofsted-registered provision.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and equality.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
