Location

Working Hours
We operate 24/7, so flexibility is key. Our shifts are designed to balance work and personal time effectively:
- Shift Schedule: Shifts typically run from 10:00 am to 10:30 am the following day, inclusive of sleep-ins.
- Average Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Monthly Shifts: 8-10 shifts per month, with 6-10 sleep-ins.
- Long Weekends Off: Enjoy a long weekend off every third week (Friday to Monday inclusive).
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Essential: Full UK Driving License (Manual).

We are seeking dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting Young People and Adults with their daily living activities and promoting their independence. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to Young People and Adults with disabilities, specific care needs, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and behaviours that challenge.
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and medication administration.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Encourage and engage individuals in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the Young Person or Adults condition.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
- At least 1 year’s previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role is required
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred

Your Role
As a Team Leader, you will:

About You

- Essential: Full UK Driving License (Manual).

- Desirable: Level 3/4 NVQ or Diploma in Residential Childcare, or a commitment to work towards it (fully funded by de novo care).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complex situations with empathy.

Duties
- Operate flatbed lorries to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition.
