Job Description:
IDEM Living are recruiting for qualified Support Workers for our Adult Service in Runcorn (full or part time contracts available).
We are looking for people to work with adults who present with challenging behaviour.
It is essential to have experience of behaviours that challenge and the passion and drive to motivate people we support to make positive changes, often at challenging times in their lives. Resilience and a sense of humour will be key aspects to your character along with a genuine desire to build strong relationships.
You will have gained a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent and have previous transferable experience along with a desire to become qualified to a Level 4 Practitioner. In return, we offer a tailored, structured training programme, coaching and continual professional development.
