Ofsted Registered Manager – Children’s EBD Service (Finedon)
Treo Recruitment are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our client’s Outstanding-rated children’s EBD service in Finedon.

Salary: Up to £46,000 + various bonus opportunities

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager and hold a QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management of Children and Young People.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the daily running of the service.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
• Manage, support, and develop staff teams.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
• Work in partnership with external agencies, families, and professionals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year as a Registered Manager.
• QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People).
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards.
• Passion for supporting children and young people with EBD.
