Salary: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Shifts: Varying shifts, including weekends

We’re delighted to be supporting a 4-star hotel in Doncaster in their search for an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join their friendly and professional team.

The Role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the hotel remains spotless, welcoming, and up to the high standards guests expect from a 4-star setting. You’ll oversee daily housekeeping operations, support and motivate the housekeeping team, and make sure rooms and public areas are cleaned to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations.
• Check rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Help manage stock levels and ordering of cleaning supplies.
• Coordinate daily tasks and rotas in line with occupancy levels.
• Work closely with reception and maintenance to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain excellent health and safety and hygiene practices.

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or senior housekeeping role (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and shifts.
