Job Description:

Head of Care – Children’s Residential Services
Location: Derbyshire | Salary: £70,000–£80,000 + bonuses | Hours: 40 per week | Full-Time, Permanent

Treo Recruitment is partnering with a leading children’s residential provider to recruit an experienced and passionate Head of Care. This is a senior leadership role with real strategic influence, operational autonomy, and the opportunity to shape high-quality, safe, and inspiring care for children and young people.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (essential)
  • Proven senior leadership experience in children’s residential care
  • Experience supporting and holding Registered Managers accountable
  • Strong track record in safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and Ofsted standards
  • Desirable: Level 7 Diploma, experience as Responsible Individual or Operations Manager
