About Us
We are a growing and ambitious company specialising in kitchen and bathroom fixings, supplying high-quality products to customers across the UK. With a strong and expanding online presence, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving our digital sales channels forward.
The Role
This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone with solid e-commerce experience, particularly in marketplace management. You will support the day-to-day operations of our online store and third-party platforms, ensuring listings are optimised, orders run smoothly, and customers receive an excellent online experience.
You’ll be joining a growing e-commerce department where your input, organisation, and commercial awareness will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process online orders, returns, refunds, and tracking
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and marketplace messaging
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock availability
- Upload and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Monitor website performance, product availability, and promotional activity
- Manage and maintain marketplace platforms such as eBay and Amazon
- Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 1 year’s e-commerce experience
- Drivers License
- Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Excel and spreadsheets
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable navigating and managing e-commerce platforms
Desirable
- Understanding of SEO and product optimisation
- Knowledge of digital merchandising or online marketing
- Previous experience in online customer service
- Experience within retail, home improvement, or similar product sectors
