About the Role

As an Independence Coach, you will:

• Manage your own schedule and client caseload
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred coaching sessions
• Complete daily session notes and track client progress
• Liaise and collaborate with the wider team to support client goals
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold the organisation’s core values

This is a community-based role offering autonomy, flexibility and the chance to make a genuine, lasting difference.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for daily travel (mileage scheme available*)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence and initiative when planning and delivering bespoke sessions
• Ability to work independently and flexibly within a community-based role

Desirable Experience

• Experience providing personal assistance or coaching for neurodivergent adults
• Understanding of neurodiversity or experience within a related field
• Experience delivering coping strategies or structured support sessions
