Deputy Manager – Children’s EBD Service (Finedon)
Treo Recruitment are seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our client’s Outstanding-rated children’s EBD service in Finedon.

Salary: From £30,000 + bonus opportunities

The successful candidate will support the Registered Manager in the daily running of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Registered Manager in leading and developing the staff team.
• Ensure the service operates in line with Ofsted standards.
• Contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people.
• Assist with care planning, supervision, and staff training.
• Build positive relationships with external agencies, professionals, and families.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Experience in a senior role within children’s residential care.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices.
• A positive, compassionate approach to supporting children with EBD.

Experience:
