Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 37 per week (occasional evenings/weekends)
Location: Lincoln + community venues

If you’re passionate about helping children and young people thrive, this is your chance to lead a dynamic team creating unforgettable experiences across Lincoln and the surrounding area.

We are currently partnering with a charity foundation, who believe in the power of sport, education, and community to change lives. Working proudly alongside Lincoln City Football Club, they run programmes that boost wellbeing, build confidence, and open doors to brighter futures.

They live by the 3 E’s, Exceptional, Edge, and Energising, and we’re looking for a leader who brings all three to everything they do.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Community Programmes & Out of School Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing a range of vibrant, high-impact projects including:

  • Ofsted-registered After School and Holiday Clubs
  • Premier League Kicks & Street Imps sessions
  • Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme
  • Birthday Parties and community sports activities

You’ll ensure programmes are safe, inclusive, and fun, all while maintaining top-quality standards in safeguarding, compliance, and delivery.

You’ll also:

  • Manage and support a passionate team.
  • Build partnerships with schools, funders, and community groups.
  • Oversee budgets and help shape the future of our growing children’s programmes.

What We’re Looking For

You’re an organised, empathetic, and proactive leader who thrives on making a difference. You’ll need:

  • Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care, Development or Early Education.
  • 2+ years’ experience in early years or Ofsted-registered provision.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and equality.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

If you bring creativity, energy, and a love for helping children reach their potential — we’d love to hear from you.

Why Join?

We’re a supportive, forward-thinking charity that values our people as much as our purpose. You’ll enjoy:

  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays (FTE)
  • Free tickets to Lincoln City FC home league games
  • Free onsite parking (non-matchdays)
  • Pension scheme & health cash plan
  • Free holiday club for your children
  • Ongoing training, development & social events
